4. Access to the Property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access is not available, additional charges may apply for lost time or travel.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

9. Liability
While every reasonable care is taken during our work, ProCleanExpert is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing defects, faulty installations, or items that are unstable or already damaged before the service.
